PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL

The Parish Pastoral Council of St. Mary’s Church, Bambalapitiya is responsible for overseeing the executive functions of the parish under the guidance of the Parish Priest. Comprising dedicated parishioners who demonstrate unwavering commitment to the church, the council plays a vital role in fostering the spiritual and administrative well-being of the community. Regular meetings are held once two months to discuss church matters, while additional meetings are convened on special occasions whenever the need arises. Through their collective efforts, the council ensures the smooth functioning of the parish, addressing concerns and making decisions that align with the church’s mission and values
