Lifting Hearts in Praise Through Tamil Hymns
The Tamil Choir
The Tamil Choir of the Church is a dedicated group consisting of members from the Tamil Catholic community. Their primary role is to lead the congregation in worship during the 7:00 AM Tamil Mass, which is held once a month. In addition to the monthly Mass, the choir plays an integral role in other Tamil liturgical services, including Novenas, the Way of the Cross, and Holy Hours. Their harmonious singing enriches the prayerful atmosphere, fostering a deeper connection between the congregation and their faith. The Tamil Choir also participates in special church celebrations and feast day services, strengthening the cultural and religious identity of the Tamil Catholic community within the parish. Through their dedication, they continue to be an essential part of the church’s worship and traditions.
